1. Who is the data controller?

2. What data do I process and why?

To be able to start working together and to meet my legal obligations, I process the following data:

• Inquiries from the website (contact form): First and last name, email address, phone (optional), and the content of your message. I need this data to reply to you, prepare a quote, and discuss the details of your project.
• Billing and project delivery: If we agree to work together, I will need your billing information (name/company name, registered office, Business ID, VAT ID) and I will see your bank account number as part of your payment. I process this data to fulfill our contract and my legal obligations (accounting and VAT regulations).
• Server security (logs): As the operator of my own server, I monitor network traffic. I keep standard server logs (including IP addresses) to protect the infrastructure against cyberattacks, DDoS, and spam.

3. How long do I keep the data?

• Inquiry data: If an inquiry does not lead to cooperation, I delete it no later than 1 year after the last communication.
• Invoices and accounting documents: I have to keep them for 10 years as required by law.
• Security logs: Security logs on the server are automatically cleaned up at regular technical intervals.

4. Who else has access to the data?

• No one unnecessary: All client data and websites run on my own secure server in the Czech Republic, over which I have full physical and software control.
• No data sales: I never sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing.
• External accountant: The only exception is my external accountant (or accounting system), who is bound by strict confidentiality and works only with the billing data necessary for bookkeeping.

6. Cookie policy - my website is clean

I dislike websites that track you at every step. That's why Zunix.eu is different:

• No marketing: I do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking tools.
• No annoying banners: Because I do not collect analytics data, I don't bother you with a pop-up cookie banner requesting consent.
• Only essentials: The website only uses technically necessary (session) cookies required for the basic operation of the site (for example, form security). These cookies do not store any personal profiles and are exempt from the legal requirement to collect consent.

7. Your GDPR rights

You have the full right to know what data I keep about you. You can at any time:

• request access to your data,
• request its correction,
• request restriction of processing,
• request its deletion (with the exception of data that I must retain by law).
