Your data is safe with me. Literally. I am not a corporation that sells your email to advertisers. I am a developer and server admin and I treat data with maximum respect and technical rigor.
2. What data do I process and why?
I only process data necessary for communication and contract fulfillment:
- Contact Form: Name, email, and your website URL for the purpose of preparing an offer.
- Billing: If we agree on cooperation, I process billing data in accordance with legal obligations.
- Security: Server logs (IP addresses) used exclusively to protect against cyberattacks.
3. How long do I keep the data?
Inquiry data is deleted after 1 year if no cooperation occurs. Accounting documents are kept for 10 years as required by law. Security logs are regularly cleared.
4. Who else has access to the data?
I do not sell your data. Only I, as the server administrator, have access to it. The only exception is an external accountant in the case of a completed order.
5. Cookie Policy
My website is clean. I do not use marketing or tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). I only use technically necessary cookies for the operation of the site, which do not require consent.
